Edgars Creek Corridor site visit

LatStudios recently won a competitive tender to design The Edgars Creek Corridor Landscape Master Plan and we're thrilled to be collaborating with the City of Whittlesea on such a complex and interesting project.

Edgars Creek stretches over 15km through metropolitan Melbourne and last Wednesday we kicked off the project by spending a full day out on site. We were joined by representatives from council’s Landscape, Planning, Urban Design and Biodiversity teams who helped us gain perspective as we explored the variety of urban contexts the creek passes through.

This exciting project will provide the City of Whittlesea with a cohesive vision and plan for the creek corridor’s future development. Our work will analyse and address key issues of site connectivity, safety, biodiversity, and water quality to name a few. Stay tuned for updates on our progress!
