Project Details
The 12 Creek Street project is a boutique commercial proposition with a point of difference.

LatStudios were excited to be part of the conversation and design outcome that seeks to realise the vision and benefits of Council's 'buildings that breathe' initiative.

The site sits adjacent to establish fig trees, and the built form expression has drawn inspiration from their canopy form. The active ground floor gathering spaces, the trellis finish to facades and the roof garden offer sensory experiences through dappled light/shade and breezeways reminiscent of the shaded space beneath the fig canopies.
