Project Details
The Moreton Bay-Sunshine Coast (Northern) Inter-Urban Break is a 63,000 ha regionally significant non-urban area that is of immense importance to the SEQ region due to its internationally recognised iconic landscapes, intrinsic values and role as a tourism and recreation destination.

As regional populations continue to grow, the provision of access to quality outdoor recreation experiences becomes increasingly important.

This Plan provides a framework to guide all public land managers on how to work together to plan, coordinate and deliver infrastructure that supports a range of outdoor recreation opportunities, while protecting the unique values of the Inter-Urban Break.
