Caitlyn Saltmarsh

As BIM Coordinator for the Landscape team, Caitlyn is responsible for applying quality integration of BIM and CAD technologies in all design phases, ensuring all models are compatible and BIM data is available to all project participants. In-house landscape data is modelled, managed by Caitlyn and sharable in a 3D environment and with other construction disciplines.

Consultant data is regularly imported, and clashes identified during the  coordination process. BIM applied Landscape Architecture is a newly emerging field and Caitlyn prides herself on finding innovative ways to apply this technology to the  LatStudios Landscape documentation process whilst still providing a high-level/well rounded project outcome. Caitlyn has a thorough understanding of industry BIM requirements and can produce all deliverables required, including BIM execution plans, COBie data and LOD outputs, etc.
